360-degree feedback

See yourself from every side. A 360-degree survey gathers feedback from your manager, your peers, your team and yourself, giving you a nuanced picture of how you come across and where you can grow.

How it works

  1. We agree on the processWe talk about the purpose and whether the survey is for a leader or an employee. The focus person chooses who gives feedback.
  2. Everyone answers onlineThe focus person and the respondents each get a personal link. Answering takes about 10 to 15 minutes. The survey itself is in Danish.
  3. Report and conversationI compile the answers in a report and go through it with the focus person in a feedback session, so it turns into concrete development.

What the survey looks at

The survey is built on eight roles that together cover relationships, renewal, results and stability. The scale asks not only whether you do something, but whether you do it too little, just right or too much.

  • SupportiveSees the individual and backs people up when things are hard.

Anonymity

Answers from peers and team members are only shown combined, and only once at least three people in a group have answered. Nobody can see what an individual answered.
