- The test runs entirely in your own browser. Your answers and your result are not stored, sent or shared with anyone, including me, unless you choose to send your result to me when you are done.
- This page uses no cookies and no storage in your browser. It only counts anonymously that the page was viewed, without storing your IP address. Even the fonts are served from my own site, not from external services.
- When you close or reload the page, your answers are gone. To keep your result, print it or save it as a PDF.
Answer based on how you usually are, not how you would like to be. There are no right or wrong answers.
The tool is based on the Big Five, the most thoroughly researched model in personality psychology, and uses freely available research statements from the International Personality Item Pool. The four colours describe two of the dimensions, your pace and your focus, in the same way as well-known four-colour models. The result is a starting point for reflection and conversation, not a diagnosis or an assessment of you as a person, and it is not intended for recruitment.
