Answering as a team?
If you have been given a team code, enter it here. Your answers will be combined with the others into an anonymous team profile. Without a code, you only see your own result.
How your answers are used
- If you answer without a team code, the test runs entirely in your own browser. Your answers are not stored, sent or shared with anyone, including me, unless you choose to send your result to me when you are done.
- If you answer with a team code, your answers are sent without your name, email or IP address and combined with the others. The team profile is only shown once at least three people have answered, and nobody can see what any individual answered.
- This page uses no cookies. It only counts anonymously that the page was viewed, without storing your IP address. Whoever created the team code can delete the team and all answers at any time, and inactive teams are deleted automatically after a year.
Think of the team you are part of right now, and answer based on how you actually work together, not how you would like to.
The team test is inspired by Patrick Lencioni's model from the book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team (2002): trust, conflict, commitment, accountability and results. The statements were written for this page and are not Lencioni's or The Table Group's own questionnaire. The result is a temperature check and a starting point for a team conversation, not a scientific measurement or an assessment of individuals.
