A space to think out loud

Whether you are a leader, a specialist or an employee, you are sometimes alone with the difficult choices. A coaching programme gives you a confidential and sharp space where you can think out loud, see new connections and act with clarity.

I am an authorised psychologist and Senior Practitioner coach (EMCC). We start from your everyday work and what you are facing right now.

Typical situations

When it can make sense

You do not have to be a leader to benefit from coaching. People come to me for many reasons, and these are some of the situations I meet most often. Perhaps you recognise your own.

A change of role

You are taking on a new role or a new job, or moving from colleague to leader, and need to find your place and your own way of doing it.

A difficult decision or conversation

You are facing a choice, a change or a conversation you want to prepare thoroughly and handle calmly.

When the pressure gets too much

The tasks grow, your energy drops, and you need to find your balance and your own limits again.

You want to develop yourself

You want to understand your patterns, your shadow sides and what triggers you when the pressure rises.

Step by step

How a coaching programme works

A programme is always designed around you and your goals. This is what it typically looks like.

  1. Step 1

    Initial conversation

We talk about what is on your mind and sense whether the chemistry is right. It matters that you feel safe.

About 30 minutes · phone or online
  2. Step 2

    Goals and frame

We agree on what you want from the programme, how many sessions make sense and how we follow up.

Possibly with a personality test or 360-degree feedback as a starting point
  3. Step 3

    The sessions

We work with what you are dealing with. Between sessions you try new approaches in your everyday work, and we use the experience next time.

In person or online · with good time in between
  4. Step 4

    Wrap-up

We look at what has shifted and how you hold on to it when the programme ends.

Closing and a plan for yourself

If your workplace pays for the programme, we agree from the start what is shared with your manager or HR. What you say in our sessions stays between us.

My approach

You know your everyday work best. My job is to ask the questions that help you see it a little more clearly, and to be an honest sparring partner along the way.

How I work

Psychology close to practice

Coaching with me is not a theoretical exercise. We work with what happens in your everyday work, including what is not said out loud.

01

You, them and it

The focus is on you and your role, but always seen in relation to your team and the task you share.

02

Grounded in psychology

We look at what you do and at what lies behind it: your patterns, your reactions under pressure and what you bring into the room.

03

Confidential and honest

You get a space to think out loud without having to look good, and a sparring partner who dares to say what others may not.
