When people thrive, organisations deliver results
I help leaders and organisations understand what happens between people – and turn that understanding into stronger collaboration, clearer leadership and results that last.

Some of the organisations I have worked with
People grow best close to the reality they work in – and together with others.
You, Them and It
Three elements that are always interwoven in any development process. Even though one of them usually comes to the fore, I always work with the dynamics between the individual, the group and the strategy.

Your person, your role and your responsibility. Knowing yourself – your strengths, your patterns and what you bring into the room.
The team, the dynamics and the others. Understanding the group and what happens between people when you lead others.
The strategic ambition. What you need to achieve together – and what gives leadership its direction.
The model is inspired by John Adair’s three circles (task, team and individual) and Ruth Cohn’s theme-centred interaction (I, we and it).
Grounded in psychology
We work with what happens between people – including what is not said out loud.
Close to practice
Theory is linked to your everyday work. Participants work on their own cases and try out new approaches in practice.
Tailor-made
Content and format are adapted to your organisation, your culture and the goals you have set.

I live in Hvidovre with my family, and when I am not working as a chief consultant at AS3, you will find me climbing or at our summer house in Odsherred.
I became a business psychologist because I have always been curious about what happens when people work together: what is said, and what remains unsaid. I have seen how much it means to a person to be seen and understood at work, and how much a group can achieve when there is trust.
So my goal is simple: to make working life a little better for the people I meet.

Collaboration and conflict

“There was a sense that Rasmus spoke to the participants at eye level, and it was good that it didn’t become too academic.”
